Omniverstia’s basic premise is that we a have to be both learning and productive. Both, Preferably constantly. Knowledge is created in action, therefor the most knowledgeable are those that are doing. Thus, the organizations that have the best knowledge are companies that are on the cutting edge of any specific field. That’s why the apprenticeship stage in the program is so important. By immersing themselves in partner companies, students can gain insight, while creating actual value – learning and being productive.
But this is not where we’d like to see our partnership end. Omniversita’s goal is to advance everybody’s learning, that includes people that are in their working stage – “in the industry” (all industries). Naturally those people are working in partner companies. Providing them with the same type of learning experience, in a smaller scale, would be a classic way of achieving that goal. That’s the reason that in the future we aim to set up OmniHubs in our partner companies. Spreading our culture of curiosity and learning are the best way we can offer value to our partners and strengthen the Industrial-Educational partnership.
